/I find this works easier than each partner trying to find the
others hand.
/LADIES reach out as if you are going to shake hands with the
next dancer. Let the man find your hand in this position.
/MEN Reach for the lady's hand with your 4 fingers joined
together opposed by thumb. David Bagget called this PAC-MAN. I
use it as a little laugh getter. Taking the lady's hand in this
manner lets you lead her on to the next partner or on the final
sequence, turn her into position.
