1-2 Rock right to right side, recover weight onto left
3&4 Cross right behind left, step left to left side, step right
to right side
5-6 Cross step left behind right, make a 1/2 turn over left
shoulder (weight on left)
7&8 Cross step right over left, step left to left side, cross
step right over left

1-2 Rock left to left side, recover weight onto right

&1&2 Step slightly back on left ball, kick right foot forward,
step right next to left, point left to left side
3&4 Kick left foot forward, step left next to right, point right
to right side, (weight on left)
5-6 Pop right knee in towards left, make 1/4 right popping right
knee out (weight on left)
7&8 Step right foot back, step left beside right, step right

1-2 Step forward on left, pivot 1/2 turn right (weight on right)
3&4 Step forward left, step right beside left, step forward left
5-6 Rock forward on right, recover weight on left
7-8 Make a long step back on right, dragging left foot to touch
