1-4	Step forward on right, turn 1/2 turn left keeping weight on
right, step forward on left, step forward on right
5-8	Repeat last 4 beats on opposite foot

1-4	Step forward on right, turn slowly 1/2 turn left for the
next 3 beats, keeping weight on right
5-8	Step forward on left, hold, step forward on right turning
1/2 turn left, step back on left turning a further 1/2 turn left

1-4	Rock right foot to right side, hold, rock/step left foot to
left (in place), step right foot behind left
5-8	Repeat last 4 beats on opposite foot*

1-4	Rock right foot to right side, hold, rock/step left foot to
left (in place), step right foot behind left
5-6	Step left foot to left side, flick right foot behind left
foot slightly off the floor

5-8	Step right back at 45 degrees right, hold, step back on left
at 45 degrees left, cross/step right over left (backwards lock
step)

1-4	Step back on left at 45 degrees left, hold, rock back on
right, forward on left
5-8	Step forward on right turning 1/4 turn left, hold, step left
behind right, step right to right side turning 1/4 turn right
