1-2-3-4 (Weight on left), sweep right foot forward, out and
behind to touch ball of right foot behind left, bend knees
slightly and lift up onto balls of both feet as you turn 1/4
right and place weight down onto both feet (3:00)
5-6 (Weight on right), sweep left foot forward, out and behind
to touch ball of left foot behind right
7-8 End knees slightly and lift up onto balls of both feet as
you turn 1/4 left and place weight down onto both feet (12:00)

1-2-3&4 Touch ball of right foot forward, kick right forward,
coaster back stepping right-left-right
