around 100-110 BPM
/This is the oldest recorded line dance. According to Lana
Harvey, keedance@juno.com, who first put the dance into words,
this dance was found in picture form on the walls of a cave in
France. Or not.
Counts Step Descriptions
STOMPS
1-2 Stomp forward left. Stomp a little farther forward left.
3-4 Stomp forward right. Stomp a little farther forward right.
5-6 Stomp left to left. Stomp right to right.
7 Hold.
&8 Stomp left to center. Stomp right next to left.
MORE STOMPS
9-10 Stomp left to left. Stomp right next to left, no weight.
11-12 Stomp right to right. Stomp left next to right.
13-14 Stomp right to right. Stomp left next to right, no weight.
15-16 Stomp left to left. Stomp right next to left.
STOMP BACK AND FORWARD
17-18 Stomp back left, right.
19-20 Stomp back left. Stomp right next to left.
21-22 Stomp forward on left. Stomp right next to left.
23-24 Stomp back on left. Stomp right next to left.
STOMP TURNS
25-26 Stomp left 1/4 turn to left. Stomp right next to left.
27-28 Stomp left 1/4 turn to left. Stomp right next to left.
29-30 Stomp left 1/4 turn to left. Stomp right next to left.
31 Hold.
