FORWARD
1-2	Jump right foot forward, jump right foot back and kick left
foot forward (12:00)
3&4	Step left foot back in center, kick right foot forward, kick
left foot forward, hitch right knee
5-6	Step right foot to the right, step left foot next to right
(weight onto both feet, 3:00)
7&8	Pump your body forward twice and lift your both toes up and
step back in center (3:00)

SAILOR STEP, SAILOR STEP, SAILOR CROSS, 1/2 TURN, STOMP
1&2	Step right foot behind left foot, step left foot to the
left, step right foot to the right (3:00)
3&4	Step left foot behind right foot, step right foot to the
right, step left foot to the left (weight onto left foot, 3:00)
5&6	Step right foot behind left foot, step left foot to the
left, step right foot across left foot (weight onto both feet,
3:00)
7&8	Turn 1/2 turn left, left foot stomp next right foot (weight
to left, 9:00)
/Option: when you stomp, you can move your shoulders if you want

1&2	Step right foot on toe to the side, pump your body forward
twice holding weight onto right foot
&3-4	Take weight back onto left foot, step right foot to the
right with 1/2 turn right, step left foot next right foot (3:00)
5&6	Step right foot on toe to the side, pump your body forward
twice holding weight onto right foot
&7-8	Take weight back onto Left foot, Step right foot to the
right with 1/2 turn right, Step left foot next Right foot (9:00)

SIDE STEP, 1/4 TURN HITCH, SHUFFLE FORWARD, 1/4 SIDE LUNGE,
HOLD, STEP CENTER, SNAKE ROLL LEFT, TOUCH TOGETHER
1-2	Step right foot to the right, 1/4 turn left and hitch left
knee (6:00)
3&4	Step left foot forward, close right foot behind left foot,
step left foot forward
5-6	Turn 1/4 left and step right foot out in a lunge position,
hold (3:00)
&7-8	Step left in place, make a snake roll to the left, touch
right foot next left foot (3:00)
